Throughout the "site", the terms “7p Aperitivo”, "7p Wines" “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 7p Aperitivo Ltd. 7p Aperitivo offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user (the “User” or, sometimes, the “Users” or “User(s)”), conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here and/or available by hyperlink.

Before accessing or using our website read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing, visiting, purchasing something from us (whether as a guest or a registered user) and/or using any part of the site, you engage in our “Service” and you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms and Conditions ”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions, notices and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, members, merchants, vendors and/or contributors of content. 7p Aperitivo was set us to enable its User(s) to order product(s) and services from 7p Aperitivo site. Products are sold by 7p Aperitivo and can be dispatched by 7p Aperitivo or by different Sellers (“Suppliers” and affiliated “Partners”). Deliveries of the selected products are carried by third party delivery companies.

All contracts will be made under the law of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

ACCESSING OUR SITE

Users can access and navigate through our site on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below).

7p Aperitivo will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period or is suspended.

From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to Users (including users who have been registered with us).

You are responsible for making all preparations necessary for you to have access to 7p Aperitivo site. Furthermore, you are also responsible for ensuring that all users who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms and that they comply with them.

Our site, except for 7p Aperitivo blog pages, is only intended for use by people resident in the United Kingdom. We do not accept orders from outside the United Kingdom.

Services offered by 7p aperitivo through its website (excluded blog pages) are only accessible to people over the age of 18. 7p aperitivo reserves the right to refuse Orders from User(s) under the age of 18.

Our website is hosted on Wix. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

ONLINE SHOP TERMS

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

You are resident in the UK
You are accessing our site from the UK
You are at least 18 years old.
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
You are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service including those additional terms and conditions, notices and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
By placing an order for an alcoholic product using this Website, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over. (Alcohol is only available for sale to a person aged 18 or over. )
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

BUSINESS PURPOSE

Through 7 p Aperitivo website is possible to order and purchase products. Products are offered and sold by 7p aperitivo and can be dispatched by 7p Aperitivo and/or by our Sellers (“Suppliers” and filial “Partners” ).

- When User purchase a product which is sold on our site and dispatched by 7 p Aperitivo:

7p Aperitivo receives a payment for the Order. Then, 7p Aperitivo sent the User a confirmation of the Order by email (See section below about “Order Confirmation” - CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND US -). Products will be dispatched by 7p Aperitivo and sent to the User through third-party delivery companies.

- When User purchase a product that is sold in our site but is dispatched by our Sellers (“Suppliers” and filial “Partners”):

7p aperitivo receives a payment for the Order. Then, 7p Aperitivo sent the User a confirmation of the Order by email (See section below about “Order Confirmation” CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND US). At the same time, 7p Aperitivo will contact and send an Order Confirmation to the Seller (“Supplier” or filial ”Partner”), who will dispatch the selected products in compliance with the terms agreed with the User at the time of the Order Confirmation. Once the products covered by the Order Confirmation are ready at the Seller’s premises, they will deliver it to the User following the User’s delivery instructions through third-party delivery companies and/or their employees or collaborators.

With the Order Confirmation, the following legal relationships will be established: (1) a relationship between the User and 7p Aperitivo according to which, the User pays for the Order through the Website; 7p Aperitivo will deliver the Order to the address indicated in the Order Confirmation; And, (2) a relationship between the User and the Seller (“Supplier” and/or filial “Partner”) when is the case. To this end, it is specified that 7p Aperitivo acts as an intermediary and, therefore, cannot and shall not accept any responsibility for the quality of the products or the provision of services offered directly by the Sellers (“Suppliers” and/or filial “Partners”).

CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND US

When you place an order to purchase items using our Website this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items. Your completion of the checkout process does not, however, constitute 7p Aperitivo’s acceptance of your order. Payment will be taken from your debit/credit card and an acknowledgment of receipt of your order will be emailed to you (“Order Confirmation E-mail”). Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and 7p Aperitivo will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered, unless 7p Aperitivo has notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have canceled it (see below). It is your responsibility to check all the information in the confirmation email is correct, and notify us immediately via email should there be any inaccuracies. We will not be liable for reimbursing you for the value of any goods which have perished or been damaged as a result of your failure to inform us of inaccurate information being listed on the confirmation email.

In the Order Confirmation is included the following information:

A summary of the General Conditions

7p Aperitivo suggests you keep the e-mail received as proof of purchase.7p Aperitivo will store the Order Confirmation in its database until the delivery of the Order, according to the law. Registered Users can check the order status from the section “My Account”. It is your responsibility to choose a suitably strong password and personal username to prevent unauthorised access to your account. Please, keep these confidential and secure. All activity that takes place through your account is your responsibility. If you believe that your username or password has become known to, or is being used by, people other than you, please inform 7p Aperitivo immediately.

Whilst your debit/credit card will, therefore, be debited before the contract is formed, but if your order is ultimately rejected, a full refund will be made immediately.

If for some reason you do not receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order, yet your debit/credit card had been debited, please contact 7p Aperitivo without delay.

Personal and debit/credit card details supplied by you must be correct and valid and such that you are authorised to use.

YOUR PROFILE

User(s) can register on our site to purchase items using this website. It is the User(s) responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the account information: username and password to prevent unauthorised access to your profile. User(s) agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. It is your responsibility to choose a suitably strong password and personal username to prevent unauthorised access to your account. Please, keep these confidential and secure. All activity that takes place through your account is your responsibility. If you believe that your username or password has become known to, or is being used by, people other than you, please inform 7p Aperitivo immediately.

Please, ensure that all details you provide us with on registration are correct and complete. If those details are changed (e.g change of address) you need to inform us immediately. We reserve the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you order any product and for any question that is not available but appears available, we will contact you by email with another option according to the product you order it. You will be able to cancel the order, or to order another product or waiting until the product is back in stock.

Some of our products or services may have limited quantities and will be subjected to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy (see below). Our products are constantly rotated and adapted.

We have made effort to display the descriptions, colours and dimensions of items on the Website as accurately as possible. The colours you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will always reflect accurately the colour of the item delivered. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or services that we offer and time to time vary without notice, at the sole discretion of us, the dimensions, specifications, descriptions, product pricing and quantities of items displayed on our Website. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is prohibited.

We cannot warrant that any error in the Service will be corrected and that the quality of any products (i.e. You order a product and when you try it, being good, you considered salty, bitter, sweeter...something different as you had on your mind, or not the same taste as you tried in products similar like this), information, services or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown in images on the site.

7p APERITIVO ONLINE SHOP SUBSCRIPTIONS

Users can buy some of our products by one-time purchase o by subscriptions (the time of the subscription is specified (monthly/ 3 months/ 6 months /9 months/ 12 months). If Users choose a subscription, users must indicate the time of subscription. The first subscription will be paid at the moment of the purchase, and according to the type of subscription, follow monthly subscription will be paid in advance before your delivery. Payment will always be taken from the credit or debit card you used to sign up and to make the purchase. It will be taken on the same date each month (the date you signed up) unless you change this. You will receive an email in your first purchase of the first subscription confirm you the delivery date and the billing day for the next rolling subscription (If you would like to contact us to change the delivery date, you can do it. If we do not hear from you, we will understand you agree with those dates.

Rolling subscriptions must be cancelled 1 week before to your payment date and it will be FREE OF CHARGE. We are unable to cancel your box delivery if you cancel after this period. You can cancel in the account section or by emailing us info.7paperitivo@gmail.com

Please, note that once the monthly subscription has been delivered, we are unable to offer any refunds on the subscription.

MINIMUM/MAXIMUM ORDER

At the moment, we are working to establish some collection points in Reading and in England but until they are not established and due to the significant cost of the deliveries per bottle, the orders will be dispatched according to the following quantity of bottles per order: minimum order 6 bottles/ maximum order 18 bottles. If you wish to purchase another quantity, please contact us, and, if it is possible, we will arrange a special delivery.

If you have any questions about these wines before purchasing (aromas, flavours, characteristics...), feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.

AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

While we and our Sellers (“Suppliers” and filial “Partners”) design the Gift & Subscription Boxes with some products in mind, products may occasionally be out of stock. In these instances, we will substitute a product similar in both style and price. We will always make substitutions for items in Gift & Subscription boxes.

For any other products, at checkout, we will ask if you would like a substitution if something from your order is out of stock when we come to pack it. If you don’t fill in this part of the checkout form, we will send the order without a substitution and provide a refund in respect of that item. If you would like a substitute, we will pick something of a similar style and equivalent value. If there isn’t an appropriate substitution, we won’t send one.

CUTTING AND WEIGHTS

All cut food products (charcuterie, cheeses…) are cut fresh by hand. Whole pieces of food products made by hand may vary occasionally in size, colour and weight. Where weights are listed for whole pieces, therefore, they are approximate; if your order is “light” on one item, 7p Aperitivo and/or our Sellers (“Suppliers“ and filial “Partners”), if it is the case, will endeavour to “make it up” on another.

PRICE, PAYMENT AND BILLING

All our prices on our site are quoted in GBP (£) at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Pricing includes VAT (where applicable) at the current rate.

We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the Website from time to time and this may affect orders already in the system. If so, 7p Aperitivo will inform you of the revised price before dispatching your order; you may then choose to accept or decline the order.

Apart, you will have to pay extra cost for delivery (Delivery charges are set out on our website and it will appear and added to the total amount due and calculated in accordance: (1) Distance between the goods and the delivery address indicated by the User; (2) Dimensions and total kg of the order;(3) When it is possible to choose: standard courier or express courier. Users will be required to take their choice of delivery in the checkout order.

It might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.

The delivery service is executed by third-party delivery companies and 7p Aperitivo cannot assume any responsibility concerning to the exact delivery times, as these are not linked solely to 7p Aperitivo but external factors.

All products on the website are subject to the actual availability of 7p Aperitivo and the Sellers (“Suppliers” and/or Store Filial “Partners”).

While 7p Aperitivo revises our prices and tries to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If an error is discovered in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

MANUAL PAYMENTS

At the moment, we are processing payments only manually. Once we review your order, you will receive a payment link to process the payment. After the payment is submitted, you will get an order confirmation email.

The payment can be made through VISA and Mastercard. (At the moment, as it is exposed just above, we only process the payments manually).

7p Aperitivo will ensure that the payment system provided is always available and functioning, however, it cannot guarantee continuous and uninterrupted access. For more information on the payment system, the User is invited to check the terms and conditions of the chosen payment service.

When you place your order, our system automatically asks your card issuer for authorisation for this amount. If we get a valid authorisation, your card issuer will hold this value expecting a charge from us. Receipt of your credit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

Please, note that we cannot guarantee the security of data when you send us by email. Accordingly please do not send us payment information using email. For details of the security measures, please read our Privacy Statement. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide us when placing an order.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

When we do a promotion in our website we will specify the days of the promotion. Orders placed outside of the days will not eligible for that promotion.

Users are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service by using this promotion and/or additional services

May in the future we will notify about a new scheme such as LOYALTY SCHEME CARD. Through this loyalty scheme, you will be able to collect points for every purchase.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All offers, promotions, discounts are subject to availability and while stocks last.

7p Aperitivo shall not be liable to any user for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any Coupon or any failure or inability of a User to use a Coupon for any reason.

We reserve the right to vary or terminate the operation of any Coupon, offer, promotion or discount card at any time without notice.

The failure of 7p Aperitivo to take any action in respect of a breach of these terms of service shall not constitute a waiver of their enforceability. 7p Aperitivo reserves its rights in respect of these terms of service at all times.

The use of any of these offers, discounts and promotions indicate your agreement to be bound by these offers, discounts and promotion Terms of Service.

PROCEDURE FOR DELIVERY

When we receive your order and it has been confirmed by email for us, we and/or our Sellers (“Suppliers” and/or filial “Partners”) will pick your products and send you through a third-party delivery company in a Standard Delivery.

We also send you an email to advise when your products are shipped and with the estimated day of the delivery. The delivery time in the UK will be three to five business days after your items are available to be dispatched. If your order contains different products, we may split your order into a number of different packages because items can be stocked at different warehouses or are from different Sellers (“Suppliers” and/or filial “Partners”). When you place your order, we’ll charge the delivery amount according to the number of deliveries you will receive.

We do not make a profit on the courier cost. Depending on the destination the delivery cost will be different, including in some parts of the UK. Delivery costs charged by third-party Sellers may vary. The cost of the deliveries will be indicated on our site at the moment you are checking your shopping process.

If you would like a priority delivery or Same-Day delivery, please contact us. Some postcodes are eligible for the Same Day Delivery.

We do not ship orders on Fridays to avoid orders sitting in the courier's deposit over the weekend. Please remember we do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Monday unless you contact us for a special delivery: info@7paperitivo.co.uk

Usually, the delivery through third-party delivery companies is done in next day delivery. On the very rare occasion, if your product(s) does not arrive on your chosen delivery day, it is very likely to arrive the next day.

Sometimes logistic problems can originate some extra days to reach you. But please note that we do not provide a money-back for this delay when the problem has be responsible for logistic problems and delays and when this delay cannot affect in any case the condition of the products.

Your orders will be delivered to the address that you specified. We can deliver to both residential addresses and business addresses. Please be consequent the deliveries are during normal office hours (not Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays) and be sure somebody is going to be in the reception of the package.

Delivery occurs when the items are delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of items purchased does not pass to you until payment is received by us in full.

SHIPMENT

Free deliveries apply to orders over £375 (net value) after the discount code has been applied.

In the delivery is very important the address you are going to register as delivery address (you can use your home address, work address or if you want to be delivered in your neighbour you will have to facility their address instead of yours - 7p Aperitivo will be released from any further responsibility by delivering the goods to this person who will sign the delivery receipt-).

The courier will require a signature on delivery of your order for this reason always it has to be somebody to avoid fraudulent claims.

However, if you assume the risk to the courier leave your package in a place which you considerer secured without non-signature, the courier will do but we won't assume any claims for non-delivery of your order.

If you prefer to be present in the delivery and for any reason you are not in that moment, the courier will try it next day again. If that happened again, your items will be returned to us and you will charge for that return. And in the case you want the items to be redelivery, you will be charged again the cost of the transport.

We cannot guarantee that your order will be in the predicted delivery dates and times estimated. Although you have the right to cancel the order, we won't be able to refund the shipping cost and you will have to pay for the items to be brought back to us before a refund is issued (see exceptions in section Cancelation).

Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of your order.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or damage. At the time of delivery, the User is required to check the condition of the product.

Delivery

AGE VERIFICATION REQUIRED ON DELIVERY:

ALCOHOL DELIVERY

Customers ordering must confirm that they are over 18 years of age before accessing the site and place an order.

Orders containing alcohol are sent out by means of a 'signed delivery' and the person signing to accept the delivery must be able to show that they made the order and prove their age. Parcels won't be left with anyone under the age of 18 years old.

Orders shall only be delivered to a bona fide residential or commercial address - work address-.

For all alcohol sales, a Challenge 25 age verification policy will be used both at the point of sale and at the delivery address. The courier will ask for age verification on delivery. Acceptable forms of ID for production at the delivery address are a passport, a photo card driving licence, a card bearing the "PASS" hologram or Military ID. If a customer is unable to produce identification confirming they are of legal age to purchase alcohol or they do not complete the age verification process during the online sale process, then the sale will be refused.

RESTRICTED ITEMS

Certain items available on www.7paperitivo.co.uk are sent out by means of a 'signed delivery' and the person signing to accept the delivery must be able to show that they made the order and prove their age. Parcels won't be left with anyone under the age of 18 years old.

These items must be used responsibly and appropriately. Age verification policy will be used at the delivery address with restricted items. The courier will ask for age verification on delivery. Acceptable forms of ID for production at the delivery address are a passport, a photo card driving licence, a card bearing the "PASS" hologram or Military ID. If a customer is unable to produce identification confirming is over 18 years age, the delivery will be refused.

STORING YOUR PERISHABLE GOODS

All perishable goods should be stored in the refrigerator on receipt.

We recommend eating your cheese and charcuterie food products within a week of receiving it - although it may be safe to eat after that point, it may begin to lose some of its intrinsic qualities.

ENJOYING YOUR CHARCUTERIE AND CHEESE

Before eating, set these food products out of the fridge for up to two hours or however long it takes to reach room temperature.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Right to withdraw purchases within the “cooling off” period (Distance Selling Regulations).

If you live in England you have a right by law to withdraw from the purchase of any item within a “cooling-off” period of 7 (seven) working days starting on the day after the day the item is delivered to you (“Cooling-Off-Period”). This right applies to all items advertised on the Website except for:

Perishable goods and other items likely to expire rapidly or are liable to deteriorate (e.g., hampers and gift boxes containing such items and other food and beverage items, flowers…);
Sealed items where the seal has been opened after delivery;
Items made to personalised specifications and/or made-to-order;
Food or alcoholic beverages where price has been agreed at the time of the completion of the Order, which can be delivered after thirty days only and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations that cannot be controlled by 7p Aperitivo.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact info@7paperitivo.co.uk. As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being despatched. If your order has already been despatched you may return the items to us by with our Returns Policy (see below). Please, note that additional services carried by us when your order has been despatched (e.g., gift card, gift wrapping…) will not be able to cancel. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an item, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item excluded the item’s postage charge.

If the ordered product is not available, the User will be immediately informed by e-mail (specify in the order confirmation) and the Order will be cancelled (with a full refund). If the order is only partially available, the User will be notified by email and will have the option to cancel the entire order (with a full refund) or to confirm only the products available (with a refund of the price paid for the products not available).

The refundable amount will be communicated by e-mail and credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

7p Aperitivo declines all responsibility for any delays payment systems may have in refunding the amount.

7p Aperitivo does not accept cancellations and changes made by the User contacting directly, when is the case, the Seller (“Supplier” and/or filial “Partner”).

Age Verification Required

Returns, Shipping, Costs and Refunds

RETURNS, SHIPPING,COSTS AND REFUNDS

If you wish to return any “Dry” non-perishable item, you must inform 7p Aperitivo within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

Returns must be made within the (7) seven days from the day after you receive the product and we will pay you back as soon as possible* (see refunds below) after we have received the product(s) in the same condition in which you received it. In this case, we will refund the price of the product, less shipping. You will be responsible to send the product back to us, in the same conditions, and you will be responsible for any possible risk of losing the product when you are sending it back to us. If the product does not arrive at us or is not in the same conditions and its original packaging, we will not able to refund the money back you. If you do not return the product or you do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to your account.

We won't assume the cost of returning the products and the products with a short-shelf life.

Returns of perishable items are normally only accepted if the goods are found to be damaged in transit before delivery to you (see below).

These items are only made-to-order and/or can be personalised and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Crochet and knitted accessories are made by hand and are unique pieces. Sometimes items can have differences within items of the same characteristics. However, it there is a fault with your piece, please contact us at info.7paperitivo@gmail.com

Before pre-order any of these items made-to-order, review carefully all the information related to the item.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT ITEMS

We will accept returns within the legal requirement seven (7) days since you receive your items:

Items damaged in transit (that exclude the exterior boxes that sometimes during the courier manipulation can be a bit damaged but does not affect to the interior of the items.
Defective items

You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time.

Incorrect items

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible and return the incorrect item to us specifying the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered, we will send you the correct item as soon as possible. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and will reimburse your standard and reasonable costs in returning it.

Please, inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. In your email, please specify your order number, attach a photo and the reason for return: if the item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item. Then, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

SHIPPING

Please send your return to the address included in the box delivery. If you have any questions, please contact 7p Aperitivo.

You will be responsible for paying your returns costs of any unwanted or no longer required item “Dry”-non-perishable item.

According to your order, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We urge you to get proof of postage in all cases.

COSTS

We will reimburse any reasonable costs you incur in returning the following items to us:

Items we delivered to you in error.
Items that were damaged upon delivery or are defective or incorrect.
Items which are substitutes for items originally ordered which we were unable to supply.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us in all other circumstances, (including if you exercise your right to withdraw your purchase in the “Cooling-Off-Period“).

If we do not receive the original item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for the collection of the item from the delivery address at your cost.

Until you return the items to us you are responsible for their safe, keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less shipping (shipping costs are non-refundable). We will only refund the postage cost to return an item that is required due to our error i.e. we sent you the wrong item, damaged or defective. Please, remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 7p Aperitivo declines all responsibility for any delays payment systems may have in refunding the amount.

CANCELLATION BY US

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us when (a) the delivery company do not deliver in your area, (b) we or our Sellers (“Supplier” and/or filial “Partners”) does not have enough stock to delivery the products you ordered by one purchase or by subscription, (c) for a mistaken with pricing information (due to a typographical error or a mistaken received from us or from our Sellers (“Suppliers” and/or filial “Partners”), (d) we ceased our commercial relationship with the Seller related to your purchase and/or subscription.

If we cancel your contract, you will receive an email with this notification and you can choose to get another product or to be re-credit your money to your credit card. If you choose to be re-credit, your money we will do as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.

If we ceased our commercial relationship with the Seller related to your subscription or rolling subscription, we will communicate with you by email and your subscription will be cancelled.

7p Aperitivo not will be obligated to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
